I ordered a smart watch for my dad and when I received it neither my dad nor me and my sister could understand how to set it up. Emailed them asking for a refund and they immediately claimed it was damaged by us and they would not refund it. My dad checked their UK address of <removed> This address does not even exist and I have since found terrible reviews on Trust Pilot for them. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/ksmartwatch.co.uk I have applied to Paypal for a full refund. This lot sound like scammers
