Have you confirmed your bank account yet? I had the same issue and after I had Paypal make the 2 small deposits in my bank account and entered the amount in I was able to get all of my money that was on hold. Hope this helps.  ... View more

It's a little late for an answer but I had the same issue and I finally got customer service to respond and they told me to turn off my pop up blocker. It's worked fine since. Hopefully that's your problem. Good luck ... View more

I've been having this same issues for days. It's getting incredibly frustrating. The only advice I have is to use Multi Order Shipping. That worked for me yesterday, if you have an order, but as for me, I'm shipping internationally and that's not an option with multi order. Good luck!
