Based in the UK I decided to try the new crypto service offered. Now, I have no issues with fees but PayPal use a nonsense USD exchange rate and put a margin on the crypto rate. So, they take 1.5% and take the same again as margin. Decided to cash out and break even despite losing £100 profits. £1600 on hold, reason waiting for cleared funds used to buy the crypto. All transactions are processed and have left my bank account. Utter nonsense money grab on PayPal's part. DO NOT USE PAYPAL FOR CRYPTO TRADING.
