I am seriously unhappy with a Paypal response to my claim having been a victim of fraud. Basically I ordered a pair of genuine Merrell shoes and received some extremely cheap Chinese fakes. Paypal wanted me to send them back at my cost when all the correspondence shoes that the merchant was in the wrong. They admitted sending the wrong shoes. Is there an email address for the resolution centre as I want to send them more information and the correspondence. They currently say this has been resolved. Yours A seriously unhappy Paypal client!
