Verification code and old mobile phone number's

Why is there no way for users to resolve the issue of verification codes being sent to old mobile phone number's? For example there are "forgot password" or "forgot email" options. Many Many people have/had this problem, it's ridiculous we aren't given the tools to resolve it ourselves and are simply locked out of our accounts with no advice or options of what to do. We shouldn't have to call, if we can fix our passwords or email why not mobile number? As for calling good luck with that. You'll either get no answer or someone that has less of a clue than you do on how to fix the problem. Sheesh! ... View more

None of that works. It's so ridiculous they do not give people an option to resolve this like they do with "forgot password." So many people have this problem. Even if you do get someone on the phone they are completely useless. ... View more
