They been doing this for long time I got scammed off Facebook ad for a nutcracker and reported it and canceled my PayPal acct I’m just going to tell people to file a fraud claim snd be prepare for PayPal to do NOTHING.. they did nothing snd I list out on $74.11. I took the loss and decided to have a burn the tiny nutcracker in a fire pit .. forget PayPal there in on it for sure no one scams as many people without being helped by pay pal. There are 100s of scammed people with this company and no way PayPal will do anything. I’ve reported them to every place I can and truly no one cares . Just post it as much as you can on Facebook and include the email you get .. people need to shut them down!.. PayPal is a fraudulent company because with the 200s of complaints in this HUIMENG CO., LIMITED comps they should of blocked them from using PayPal long time ago!. ... View more

Sadly you won’t see a dime it’s a company that just crooked .. but report is easy and go online better business bureau ( fill out form ) then go again to PayPal fill out the not what you ordered form ( but they done nothing as of to date about this company!!) Everyone needs to file a complaint with the FTC concerning this company, PayPal and Facebook. I've already done that part. I'm now filing a complaint with BBB against the same 3. And since PayPal and Facebook are located in California and it looks like this company also has a California address, I will file a formal complaint with their Division of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's office. You won’t get anywhere with them they have you send it to another address in China it will come back amd you will have wasted your money adding insult you be out more money having to ship it to a fake address in China ( there are tons of the same people on here and not one has gotten PayPal to give them back there money ( we took that cheap toy crap nutcracker and had tossed into our fire pit ( after doing the right thing and shipping it back and having it returned to us ( don’t waste your time and has anyone else notice that PayPal is ignoring us here no phone and not once have they paid the cost of this fraud) maybe we need a class action suit against PayPal because maybe just maybe there making money off us with this fraudulent company ) ... Trust me PayPal does Absolutely nothing to get out money back because this company is smart and use tricks and wording to get away with stealing our money we lost it on a nutcracker ( got a $5 wood junk one not the lighted and resin one they said it was ) so 100,s of oaypay users are being ripped off with PayPal’s help. ...
