Does anyone know how i can solve this problem? Suddenly now when I try to send funds to any recipient the transfer is not successful and I receive a message saying "account (email address of recipient) is restricted". This is happening with any and all email addresses I try to send money to now. Could anyone please clarify why and what I can do fix this problem?
