Hello, this month i got new card and when i tryed to link that card i cant it said >>Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.<< . I called my bank like 5 times and they dont know what it is and they said it is paypal problem..im from slovenia and we dont have paypal service... i send a message to agent on paypal and they are not answering 5 days... i dont know what to do pls help me.. i already sand my id and card so it should work......TY for help. 🙂
