I have a new computer with Windows 8.1. I never had issues on my computer with Windows 7. Whenever I go to Paypal login page I get the message that internet explorer has stopped working and it does it every single time. The search bar is green when I go to Paypal and it has a picture of a closed lock and when I click on that it says Digicert has identified this site as: Paypal and the connection to ther server is encrypted. I need help because I use Paypal quite often and I cannot log into my account. Thanks!
