Greetings, I tried linking 2 different bank accounts and it gives me the same error, saying " Sorry, we can't link your bank account right now." what do I do? I would also like to get a verification form right after, as my previous account got restrictions on it because I was under the age of 18 when I made it. I am currently 18 years old and I'd like to link my bank account to this PayPal account as well as get verified, so I can continue doing business. Thanks in advance.
