Can I receive money from friend when I'm in Yemen? because I singed up when I got an email than I received funds from my friend but after singed up I got an email that the funds was cancelled. I asked my friend to send me again but he could not ,because paypal say that my account can not receive funds , Can I know Why?? Also my I tried to send to my friend account , I got same message that I can't send to his account "This recipient is currently unable to receive money." ? Is than because we located in Yemen ? Is it restricted to receive money if we located in Yemen? if there is any settings that I have to do before starting receiving money please let me know Regards
