I'm trying to link my PayPal to epidemic sounds to purchase music. keeps telling me "sorry we weren't able to authorize your card. Add a card." My card is OK and approved by PayPal. I called my bank they told me they don't see any attempt to make purchase and I should contact paypal. Any help on how I should go about making the purchase on eidemic sound using paypal?
