Hi There. How do I go about getting a refund or cancelling an order. We are after buying a hoverboard from marsboard. Their website is hoover boards Ireland. Everything looked great on the website so we purchased one for 174 euro. We got a confirmation email then which was in Chinese which immediately set off alarm bells. We then looked for reviews on this (foolishly we did not do this first) website which all turned out to be pretty shocking. I am just wondering how do I go about getting a refund and is hard to do or take long ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
