To answer the question. I was so incensed, I sent a very very impassioned message laying everything out ahgain to PayPal via direct message. At the same time I gave some pretty unflatering feedback due to how I was feeling. Fotunatley, I got response from someone via the message asking for a picture of what I received. this was reviewed and it would seem someone with the power to do so, took it on board and closed the case immediatley with full refund. My experience with ONHUI gave me no assurance they would honour their end of the agreement. and possibly not report recipt of returned item.
