@Magikb Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. You are allowed x2 paypal accounts in x2 countries but you would need to have a phone issued in that country that you can use for i.d. purposes when you are in another country.
