Just got an email last night from PayPal saying they found in favor of my dispute and they are refunding me my entire amount of $244.99. The hardest part was waiting 15 days for the resolution part to happen, but I am happy about it. I hope this works out for all you also. Since I got a refund, they apparently are aware of "Best Franchise Store" is indeed a scam and needs to be resolved with all of you too. Good luck everyone...! ... View more

PayPal is giving them until Dec 13 for them to respond... the seller did send me an email with a China Post Ems tracking number... but of course it was not a tracking number that was recognized by the shipper. So hopefully I will hear soon. I'll keep this site posted as to what happens... Good luck to us all... ... View more

I did get a receipt that looks like its for real, but alas it apparently isn't. Someone asked for the email address associated with the receipt... <removed> I'm sure it's not valid. I wrote them but no reply yet. Let's hope PayPal can help us out.. ... View more

I too seem to have been scammed. Its sad there is really nothing to do but sit and wait. I'm extremely saddened that PayPal cannot flag these companies to help protect their customers. Its over a $200 purchase and I thought I was doing everything right... I will definitely think hard nect time about using them as a payment.. ... View more
