Cristina,  Thank you for making yourself available. I've tried numerous times to speak with someone. Generally successful, but, recently, no one is available.  Two Issues: 1) As someone previously posted, Promotional Transaction list is, all of a sudden, nowhere to be found. And I'm using my laptop. Why? Where can I find that elusive list? 2) I have both Promotional Transactions AND standard Credit accruing transactions. I WAS ASSURED by a PayPal CSR that my Payments made were applied to the INTEREST bearing balance. I had already seen it wasn't so but was assured it was. Now, from what I read, they in fact ARE applied to promotional balances which i make sure I pay before they come due. I should be the one making that decision. So now I find that ALL of those payments I made in the EXACT amounts of those small transactions were in fact applied to a balance that I already had, on my calendar, scheduled to pay! And meanwhile, the interest bearing balance continues to accrue interest. NOT COOL! The responsibility to pay promo balances is mine!   Please just tell me where I can view My Promo Balance Transaction List. Thank You Kindly. ... View more
