I wanted to call, but due to "u know what" they cannot pick up the phone. i have a payment of twice 270, from one order of 270, it went directly from my bankaccount the other deduction one was 3 days later. payment went to PAYPAL EUROPE S.A.R.L. ET CIE S.C.A now I don't know how to ask for a refund since, it's not an option to chose. nor do I find the site very helpful to find a resolution please help
