Hey, I'm having some problems, I've never got hacked or anything , I've sent to my friend 37€ and after he received all fine,paypal limited my account (what i later on submitted all info and it got confirmed) paypal made an case for that payment ,but i couldn't cancel that case cus its allready under review,never got any emails having this payment dispute opening or whatever ,could you explain this?
