A seller in China sent me a different item than what I ordered, and it was a piece of junk. I requested a refund and at some point "China" got the idea I would return the item at my expense, which I never agreed to. When I didn't provide tracking information, because there was none since I hadn't agreed to return the item at my expense, my case was denied and closed. I explained all of this over and over but apparently the robots didn't understand. So much for "resolution." It is a joke. Paypal helped the scammer in this case and is complicit in fraud.
