Hi, my husband is a co-owner of a business and the account holder for their PayPal account. He passed away recently and so we need to change the ownership of the PayPal account to his business partner so that we can access the account and funds. I have no idea where to even start and I can't find a way of being in email contact with a PayPal call centre of any kind. Can anyone please help?
