I used Paypal to make a purchase on line to a company that turned out to be fraudulent. I actually noted this before PayPal sent the funds, but PayPal refused to acknowledge my request and continued to send payment. I have not received the item I ordered. I had ordered a Nintendo Switch from Best Specialty Store. Looks like I am not the only customer with problems with this fake website. I actually thought Paypal was careful to make sure any store or website it was affiliated with would not be fraudulent. How do I get a refund thru Paypal? Thank you
