I wanted to link a new Visa card, I have money on it and asked my bank if the card is functioning properly and they said It's fully working so it must be a PayPal issue as I notice many other people are having the same problem. When I try to link it shows a message: 'Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method'. Can you help me and link my Visa card?
