I'm suddenly having this problem too. I've added addresses to my debit/credit cards before but now when I try to add or change my address simply by adding the 4 extra numbers to my zip code to match my bank card statement I'm getting a message that says my address, city, state and zip code don't match which is literally impossible. When I message paypal they tell me to call them which is near impossible. I give up. Everyday I'm having a new and different frustrating problem with paypal after using paypal for almost 20 years this has been the most ridiculous year ever. Seriously!!
