I bought a foldable picnic table set and paid by paypal. Seller provided tracking UD021552931YP, after about 5 months not receiving the item I opened a claim on the transaction. I then got quarantined and can't access my paypal for atleast 14 days and when I was able to log in again I saw it was CLOSED already as I did not reply for a specific time frame. I saw appeal can only be done 10days after case was closed. It is more than 10 days already.. Now, the tracking number cannot be traced anymore and seller ran away with my money. The seller's website is not working too. Can this be appealed?
