thanks a lot for your reply, yes i have verified and linked a visa card to my paypal account, i even made a purchase through paypal. but when i tried to sell on ebay , i have registered my paypal account there and linked it but unfortunately i recieved messages from buyers stating they cant process the payment and when i checked with ebay support they asked me to check with paypal !! and still can not get the problem solved
