I had been adding cash via the PayPal app for several months but now will not work. My phone still generates the bar code, I give the store my money, they enter the amount and my transaction is rejected. One cashier told me the message read "fraud alert." I've tried at different stores and different times. Currently, I've just stopped using that feature. Very frustating.
