Hello, this is my first time on this forum so I hope I am in the right spot for this Anyways my balance is zero but i had received a payment in the past month. I never asked for a check or anything so I assume that it's just sitting there. Recently I had paid for somethings with my paypal account but I paid with a credit card and not my received payment (because I couldn't figure out how to do that either) Now i want to put that received payment into my bank account and I can't seem to figure out how, because when I go to ask for withdrawal to bank account it asks for how much but above the balance still says zero! Does it automatically use that money to pay things off and then put the rest on your card? Please HELP!
