PayPal approved my case and advised that I would get a refund once the goods were returned. I did this within the allotted time, uploaded the proof- it cost me €30 and this morning they have denied my claim and closed my case! The reason given is I failed to provide adequate proof of return! Like you, I see no option to challenge this! I now no longer have the product plus it cost me €30 to ship! Any suggestions?
