I ordered so many clothing from a site Fancyapair. They also used pictures of Etsy creators that is why I kinda trusted it because I recognised it . It was all in French and euro’s so I trusted it. I was also very emotional so I didn’t really check the site like I normally do. I immediately had a bad feeling and sent the day after to PayPal if I could cancel the transaction (the money wasn’t taken from my bank yet) they told me to contact the shop. I sent the shop a email that I wanted to cancel the items because I read all the reviews and they were bad and I just fairly enough said that I didn’t trust them and I want to cancel it in French and the site said I could cancel in 15 days . And it was only a few days later and no conformation mail or money from my bank so they could cancel it they actually need to because their site said so. But the company just answered with “we have actually a lot of great reviews we will sens your package tomorrow “ I send a angry mail that I didn’t want the package and They need to give my money . But they didn’t . I send more mails with screenshots to PayPal. Not much help. Than I got the package three weeks later . They package was from “the netherlands “ the text was in English and the package description was in Asian signs. The material was garbage and the sizes were wrong and colours. Send pictures of it to PayPal. Now I need to send it back and the Adres PayPal send from them is in Asia. I don’t see why I need to pay the costs. This is a complain not a return. I deserve all my money back. I worked in stores and that is how it works . I don’t know what to do.
