So PayPal takes no ownership that 61 people state they are scamming and advises to throw more money into a black hole that we’ve been scammed by already?? How logical is this? This company (by multiple names) was reported on 2020 and it’s 2024 and it’s still happening! How is this protection? I had the same issue: Ordered an artificial christmas tree from Gussetvamp in Oct. 2020 and received fake raybans 6 weeks later. Paypal actually BACKED THIS FRAUDULENT MERCHANT and required me to pay shipping back to China for the fake product I didn't even order. The company was supposedly in Indiana, yet Paypal required me to ship the fake raybans to China! WHY IS PAYPAL SUPPORTING FRAUD? I even pointed Paypal to this thread and told them Gussetvamp had been reported before as fraudulent. Paypal doesn't care. They don't protect their customers. I strongly suggest that if you have this problem, contact your bank associated with the payment method used (hopefully it's not a paypal card). My bank completely covered me and resolved this issue.
