Dear people I can't login to my PayPal account because it is linked to an old phone number. It's impossible to log in also it's impossible to reach their Customer Service by chat or by phone. It's really really inconvenient. Can anyone help with this? (Even to just write this problem/question to the paypal community I had to make a new account!!) Thank you so much for your help.
