I am located in Russia, but at the moment of transaction USD was set up as my primary currency. I have recieved a 15$ payment in USD. After a 0.96$ fee i was supposed to recieve 14.04$ total, however i recieved 13.06$. I checked my balance and it turns out PayPal has automatically converted my USD to RUB and stored it like that, even tho i was originally sent 15 USD. How can turn this off? It's extremely inconvenient to me, because i needed to spend that money in USD and now if i want to spend it, i will have to lose more money by converting it back to the currency i was supposed to recieve it in to begin with.
