I don't have a bank account but I have a prepaid debit card that is confirmed in PayPal and I can receive payments from other companies but when I try to redeem a paypal gift card from this app called Swagbucks it tells me I need to verify a bank account? How do I set up paypal account in order to redeem this gift card from Swagbucks?
