I had a case against a scam company in China who sent photos of items they led you to believe you were purchasing. I was to send the photos back and provide proof that I did. I went to the PO on Monday, and asked how I could send with tracking. They said there is no tracking available to that country, so I just sent it First Class. I sent the resolution center a photo of the envelope with the $17.25 postage attached, and also a photo of the USPS receipt showing what I paid, and also stating that no tracking is available for China. They just denied my claim saying I didn't provide enough proof of returning!!! So now I'm out $45.77 for 2 photos of an item I don't even have. And this company continues to advertise and scam other people.
