basically, i has sent money to someone in the hope that they would in return send me some clothes, I have used PayPal friends and family and unfortunately there is no buyer protection, i was reluctant to do it but the seller made me, i have all the messages as it was done through vinted messages, i need this money asap and i only know his name and his paypal email, <removed> and i don't understand what to do as i can't get my money back however i try, could i try to call paypal and tell them i sent the money to the wrong person and they aren't sending it back? or just tell the truth and risk a response? please help me asap if you can thanks
