Yes, I had the same situation. Paypal said I had to return the item for a refund, and I would be responsible for shipping costs. I went through my bank and got my money back. I filed a complaint with IC3 and included the address they provided for the return. Just out of curiosity, was the address: <removed>? I am considering taking this further and reported Paypal as well. They state your purchases are protected. That is not the case. I will be closing my Paypal account for this reason.
