hi I purchased a lazy spa hot tub brand new in box everything all good for four and a half months the seam started to split contacted lazy spa and sent photos they told me it’s a warranty fault but they have no stock return it to where you purchased for a full refund. I contacted seller on eBay who first of all agreed to replace it but then couldn’t get one and refused to refund .i contacted PayPal for them to help but they have refused as descriptions are not different at the end of the day the item is faulty I don’t mind a new one or refund please help
