Me too - ordered 2 shirts and 1 pair of trousers.  Even from ordering I had to chase them after no contact for a few weeks before, eventually, the items arrived. As with others, all three items were completely the wrong size and very very poor quality (they weren't super expensive but £20+ each so not 'cheap' either). I emailed to ask to return the items and after some completely nonsensical responses over a month or so about sandals not fitting (!!) they offered me $5 and then $8 refund. They also said, as with someone else, that I should given them away as presents. They continually refused to give me their return address and, instead, warned me about the costs of doing this. I got Paypal involved and got a return address at least and a promise of a refund once the items had been returned. I sent this immediately by Royal Mail tracked (another £20) but my parcel has now been sitting in Guangzhou Customs/Sorting office for more than 2 weeks. In theory Hukunam could contact China Post and claim the item but after a few times of asking them to do this, their last email said "thank you for your order".  Of course Hukunam will say that it never arrived with them and therefore no refund is due and, given their motivation will be non-existent to sort out collection from China Post, I fully expect my parcel to continue to languish in Guangzhou sorting office! I am now hoping that our combined experience (and others on other sites I note) will mean that Paypal will recognise this company for the poor risk it is and take action (including my refund I hope!).   ...
