I have 120 days to dispute an unauthorized payment withdrawn by a vendor against an account that I closed. I cannot use the "Dispute Transaction" function because I do not have access to the account anymore - It is closed and beyond my reach. Apparently not beyond reach of the vendor for $255 which is a lot of $$ to me.
Any suggestions? I have sent 4 "termination notices". I could process the termination via my credit card company also I suppose but was hoping to find a way to shut off the $$ siphon in the closed Paypal account.
It is under "Mediation BC" or "Mediation Vancouver" - not under my name.
