My son (11) has a PS 4 Playstation. Before we had monthly membership but I canceled it to avoid monthly payments. Yesterday (6th Nov)- After a ps4 internal update - he played fortnite on ps4 and bought this internal bucks. He did it two times and automatically ps4 booked 2 times about 20 € by my pay pal account. I received the invoice by email. Than I saw that my paypal data are in the ps4 settings. But I gave this data only for the ps Abo and that I have cancelled before. But I nver gave a permission to pay without notice for any game on ps4. But it happens automatically- Is that allowed. What can I do. I've lost 40 € for nothing. Ok, I've deleted my pay pal data inside ps 4 but can I get my money back? The buck inside fotnight are already there. Is that a fortenight - a ps 4 or a pay pal matter? Thanx in advance for any help.
