Hello, i crated this account before when i get a card. But i can't change my username on my paypal account. I sended my legal information to paypal before 5-6 days ago, sended a legal information of me. I can't get a statement code for confirm card on paypal becouse "the information of you is incorrect". I dont have a another card for transfer money to this card. I have a one card, but i can't remove this card. I need your help. Sorry for my bad Eng lng. Thanks.
