Everyone needs to file a complaint with the FTC concerning this company, PayPal and Facebook.  I've already done that part.  I'm now filing a complaint with BBB against the same 3.  And since PayPal and Facebook are located in California and it looks like this company also has a California address, I will file a formal complaint with their Division of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's office.  Everyone needs to do this.  The more complaints they get, the the faster they will investigate. ... The same thing happened to me.  They just closed the account because I didn't send them a tracking number.  I didn't return the item because not only will I be out the money I paid the company (as they will never inform PayPal that they received the item back) but also all the fees for shipping, customs, insurance, and duty.  So I'm out twice the amount.  I am writing to the President and CEO and also filing a complaint against Huimeng Co., Limited and PayPal.  It's unfortunate that PayPal will allow companies to scam it's customers and then not do anything about it.  If everyone would write to the President & CEO and file a complaint with the FTC, something might be done. ... It was reported to PayPal.  All they said was to return the items to the company in China at our expense.  The address given is in Chinese and it wouldn't copy and paste. so no shipping label.  You are responsible for all shipping costs, tariffs, insurance and customs fees.  After 3 or 4 months, the money will be refunded.  PayPal is not on the side of the customer.   ... It's apparent that they don't want to refund our money.  I have to pay to return them to China and the address I was given is in Chinese.  There is no way I can type those characters on a shipping label.  I'll be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to warn others and to the FTC to see if they can stop this scam artist from advertising and selling in the U.S.   ...
