Months later I’m still waiting for my goods. Put a claim through PayPal. They closed the claim stating Jinzhou gave them a tracking number & the goods were delivered. Does PayPal even look into this? The tracking number was fake & nothing was delivered. PayPal is enabling this fraudulent company by turning a blind eye. Shame on you PayPal!
