I had seven (7) different payments come out of my Card Account as "Automatic Payment" when I only conducted one Shopping Cart transaction. I certainly DID NOT authorise any "Automatic Payment" agreement with the seller! And the amounts were not what was agreed in the transaction - way too much was taken. How can this happen? I thought PayPal was here to protect us - I submitted a report to PayPal - but was told the issue was not fraudulent! If this is not fraudulent, what is??? Very dissatisfied.
