Uber sent me to paypal and paypal sent me to uber. Both are not save! Hi Lisette, We are unable to process a refund for this payment due to an open dispute process on PayPal's side. We would highly recommend reaching out to PayPal in this instance as they should be able to refund the payment. We will happily take care of the outstanding balance once it reflects on your Uber account.
