Hello, Paypal has charged me a 4.7% money transfer fee for transferring money from Paypal to my own US bank account (Bank located in NY). But as per article https://www.paypal.com/ae/smarthelp/article/what-are-the-fees-for-paypal-accounts-faq690 it states "There are no fees within the U.S. to send money to family and friends when you use only your PayPal balance or bank account, or a combination of your PayPal balance and bank account." Can someone please help? I thought transfers to US accounts were free. Paypal never used to charge me earlier. Their Dispute Resolution button keeps showing an error whenever I try to raise a dispute as well. Thank you for your help, Uday
