I have tried all these options, to no avail. My original problem, .Can not pass the me PSD2 requirement... It's locked on my old number, an PayPal has no way currently to fix this, what a silly oversight.. it's like a bank not letting you use you own money because they charged your pin without telling you.. ombudsman is coming!!!!

That's all very well, but when you have all the required services, but you don't have the same number... How can this be resolved.. it isn't a difficult thing to implement a second line of authentication.. maybe try a secret question, and pet's name, via a link to the original email to recover.. and enter new number, bingo.. still secure.. but no lost customers...
