I personally use Paypal to a minimum and am unfamiliar with it
Vendor refunded me $250 of $350 for a service that we mutually stopped.
I used a non-paypal Chase CC to make my service purchase
Vendor sent me a link to Accept Refund. Below are the steps requested in the refund:
Fill out a form with my name and address but didn't ask for CC#
I clicked on something that said Refund and nothing happened.
I clicked on Accept Refund and the window went away.
I got no confirmation of anything
Vendor sent me a copy of the refund transaction ID.
Transaction was on November 1st.
Except for the vendor accepting Paypal, I didn't use my PP credentials.
