Unfortunately, you won’t likely get what you ordered anyway. More likely to be some cheap and vaguely similar product. When it does arrive, take pictures and keep pic from the ad to compare with what you get. You’ll almost definitely need to file a complaint. ... View more

In Canada, I used econsumer.gov . I think it’s based in the states, but they have a map so you can see if your country is a member country. Also gave an instant report that I captured as a screen cap and submitted. PayPal accepted it. ... View more

I thought that I would need to file with a government agency that takes 15 days to respond. When I was able to get PayPal customer service on the phone, they told me to use econsumer followed by a dot and a “gov”. It’ll give you an instant report and then you can just submit screen caps of the report. Just fill in what you know, since you’ll never be able to find a real address. Same as everyone else, When I got to the end of the gradually increasing offers and made no counter -offer, other than 100% back, the company said the same to me...basically we’ll refund 100% if you send it back to this address that was in Mandarin. Just about blew a blood vessel and escalated the claim. Got info from PayPal about what documentation I needed. Just about blew another blood vessel. My province’s reporting system takes 15 days minimum, and only had 10 days for PayPal’s process. When I was able to call through to a customer service agent, things got WAY easier. They gave me a website for getting documents (don’t think I can post a website here...let’s say econsumer followed by a dot and a “gov”). That got me an instant file report. I asked the agent if I could return it to the Canadian warehouse or could I at least get a English translation of the address. I also said that I didn’t trust the company to be honest about getting the items back. The agent said that I didn’t need to bother. The items that I got (plastic hollow skulls rather than fire pit skull decorations) were basically worthless and that I didn’t need to send them back. She them told me that with the documents and photos I submitted as part of the claim, that the decision would be in my favour. Still waiting for final decision but she also gave me an equal amount in PayPal vouchers for my patience on the phone! Those arrived the next day. Speaking to the rep was definitely the way to go! Took a while but I got through. When I was in the automated response loop, instead of choosing any of the options, when it asked me what i wanted, I kept replying, “To speak to an agent”, instead of the options they gave me. After doing that a few times in a row, the system put me through. Did this twice...first time I waited for the customer service rep to pick up. One hour...no pickup yet and I had to hang up. Second time, selected the “We’ll call you back” option. They did call back in about 20 minutes. Well worth it. Rep (Paula) was fantastic. When I asked for the address to return the junk, was told I wouldn’t need to because the items I received were essentially worthless. Also gave great advice on how to complete the process to get a full refund without returning the items. Told me where to get official documents immediately needed because I’d escalated the claim. I admit that I was totally shocked with the great service that I got from the agent. I was sure that I was going to get burned for the refund or the shipping.  ... View more
